Mara Lounge is a home-grown business that came into existence in 2014 in the UAE. It identified its niche as a catering set up during its initial years. Slowly but surely, “Mara Catering” built a base on social media platforms such as Instagram to identify the target audience and communicate with them. Steadily, the demographics got aligned and potential customers began engaging.

In 2025, Break by Mara was awarded Best Dessert in Abu Dhabi by Time Out Abu Dhabi, a testament to its standout offerings like the viral Pistachio Kunafa Chocolate Cake, which has captivated dessert lovers across the UAE.
